By breaking free from the blockchain through the obol, we have found a means to entirely eliminate energy consumption for all peer-to-peer networks. This is because just as there are no banking fees when paying cash, there are no transaction fees whatsoever when trading obols. Only when you choose to, you can participate in the network again and thus be on the records, and again become part of, for example, the blockchain or any other peer-to-peer network. With our obol, even technically basically obsolete cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin with their absurd energy consumption thus have a reasonable raison d'être again.
